In this class BJPC certified beer judge Dr. Ellen Brisch will take you through the ins and outs of aging beer, such as which styles age best, how beer changes as it ages, and how to go about aging beer yourself. Along the way you will get to taste some of the best of the cellared beer selection from Bridgeview Liquors, and have the chance to buy some vintage beauties as well. And tickets are still just 10$!
