Last spring we packed up and did our first dinner with Drekker Brewing Company at their brewery in downtown Fargo. This year we are inviting them into the cozy confines of Luna for what will surely be a night to remember!
Chef Ryan has been working meticulously to make sure the pairings are spot on. 5 courses each paired with a different Drekker beer including a special collaboration beer that we helped brew under the watchful eye of Drekker. It may have included Chef Ryan dumping a pan of his peach cobbler into the mash tun!
