With the Artisan Cheese community in the United States growing ever stronger, some of the best cheeses in the country are being made next door in Minnesota. Let Megan from Milk Made introduce you to four cheeses and four beers that will sure to suprise!
We will be trying cheeses from:
Red Head Creamery: Brooten, MN
Alemar Cheese Company: Mankato, MN
Shephard’s Way Farms: Nerstrand, MN
Caves of Faribault: Faribault, MN
We will be showcasing beers from Junkyard Brewery in Moorhead, MN. Class will include (4) cheeses and a flight of (4) beers
