From Junkyard Brewing:

We have a bunch of special beer tappings, live music, and even a special can-release planned for MN Craft Beer Week “10,000 Minutes of Minnesota Craft Beer”!

Monday: Tapping “Blueberry farmhouse-style Experimental Sour” This “experimental sour” was brewed with blueberries and aged with brettanomyces (wild yeast).

Tuesday: A keg of a new Oatmeal Stout on our Beer engine!
(a beer engine is an old fashioned beer pump that was the inspiration for modern “nitro”)

Wednesday: Tapping “Grapefruit Gose”!
Gose, (”goh-zuh”), is a classic german sour beer style, and this special batch of our “experimental sour” was fermented with
grapefruit!

Thursday: “Project Wildness” fundraiser 6-9pm
The previously tapped beers will still be on tap, as long as they last!

Friday: Tapping oak-aged “Free Candy”
We’re tapping a special keg of our belgian-style quadrupel that was aged with toasted American oak and brettanomyces!

Saturday: Can Release! barrel-aged “Big kahuna”
This special batch of our coconut dark ale was aged in a Wild Turkey whiskey barrel. we’ll also have a keg of standard Big Kahuna on beer engine! (The barrel aged version won’t be on tap) *Cans will be $10/per with a 2-Can Limit, First Come First Served.

Sunday: “Beer & Hymns” music and singing with Pat Lenertz 7-9pm!
And if any of the previously tapped beers or cans are still around , we’ll be finishing them off on Sunday!
