Come and learn the basics of the wonderful hobby of home brewing. Over the course of two sessions, we will brew and package a basic beer recipe. During the first session we will conduct an all-grain brew session, we also will discuss other methods of brewing that make it easier and less expensive to get into the hobby. As we brew we will discuss the brewing equipment, brewing processes, beer styles, brewing resources and anything else that comes to mind. During the second session, we will go through bottling the fermented beer. From this class you will gain knowledge of the basic brewing process and take home a few bottles of your work. Ron Stroh and Tony Huseby are avid home brewers and members of the active F/M homebrew club, Prairie Homebrewing Companions. Ron owns the local home brew shop Country Cannery. Fee includes supplies and ingredients.

Ages 21 and up, a valid ID is required.
