The February meeting of the Prairie Homebrewing Companions is on Wednesday February 13th at 7:30 PM at the El Zagal Shrine. If you are a new brewer or are just interested in maybe brewing your own beer, feel free to stop by and sample some homebrews and talk with the club members. Bring glass for sampling so you don’t have to use a plastic cup. A big topic of this meeting will be the Suds-n-Spuds beer tasting event coming up on March 2nd were everyone can sample some homebrews and a bunch of commercial beers.
