The Prairie Homebrewing Companions are Fargo/Moorhead’s local homebrewing club that meets the second Wednesday of each month, usually at 7:30pm at the El Zagal Shrine.
The July meeting is usually the Live Brew so stop by early if you can to watch them make a Witbier outdoors on the patio behind the El Zagal Shrine.
If you have ever thought about brewing your own beer or want to see the process in person, stop by and bring a small glass and there will be homebrews for sampling.
