JL Beers Moorhead is tapping a cask of Summit Brewing’s Unchained series Biere de Garde on Thurday November 7th at 5:00PM.
From JL Beers Moorhead:
Cask ale: unfiltered, unpasteurized beer which is conditioned (including secondary fermentation) and served from a cask without additional nitrogen or carbon dioxide pressure.
Biere de Garde: “beer for keeping” traditionally brewed in farmhouses during the winter and spring, to avoid unpredictable problems with the yeast during the summer, for consumption later in the year (fall!)
Summit Brewing Company: Awesome. They provided us with a cask of their very own Unchained Series #14 in a cask. We’re tapping Thursday at 5pm, just so you know…
