After a sell-out event in 2016, The Pig & The Pint presented by Bernie’s Wines & Liquors will return to Sanctuary Events Center this November. New in 2017, Food Service of America will reward $500 to the evening’s people’s choice winner.
The Pig & The Pint is a semi-formal evening of informal indulgence. Locally-owned restaurants will each be given half of a hog, one week to prepare it and assigned a local brewery to collaborate on culinary-creative suds and swine pairings. It’s an event where every guest will be treated like a VIP with live entertainment, specialty entrees and unique brews to that evening. Participating restaurants and breweries include Drekker Brewing Co., Fargo Brewing Co., Flatland Brewery, Kilstone Brewing, Luna Fargo, The Chef’s Table, The Toasted Frog and Usher’s House.
Jade Presents and Sanctuary Events Center have also partnered with the YWCA and the Gladys Ray House to deliver any leftovers to deserving families.
