Returning to Sanctuary Events Center for its fourth year this November is The Pig & The Pint, a semi-formal evening of informal indulgence presented by Bernie’s Wines & Liquors.
The Pig & The Pint is a one-of-a-kind culinary event that challenges locally-owned restaurants to prepare half a hog in the week leading up to the big night. Each restaurant is then assigned a local brewery to collaborate with to create the ultimate pairings of suds and swine.
Every guest at The Pig & The Pint is treated like a VIP with live entertainment, specialty entrees, and unique brews to the evening.
This year, participating restaurants and breweries include Luna Fargo, Chef’s Table, The VIP Room, Fargo Brewing Company, Flatland Brewery, Drekker Brewing Company, Prairie Brothers Brewing Company, Kilstone Brewing, and Drumconrath Brewing Company, with more to be announced!
